The Black Manager
This presentation was delivered to a group of managers at the Goddard Space Flight Center during a period of unrest caused by the presence of White Supremacy somewhere in the workforce.  The author of this presentation also delivered the presentation.  The author is John Bilal, the manager of TheCode.Net.  This presentation is submitted to the website to aid others who may have problems similar in nature to the problems with which I was faced when this presentation was delivered.  The time was approximately June 1994, I was finding the work place a difficult place to navigate after an elderly “protected” white female began telling persons who were working with me, (I was called a supervisor) that I believed in “killing white people”.  I found out about this from another victim of racism who happened to overhear the conversation and feedback from my staff.  Prior to finding out exactly who was spreading these malicious rumors, I had informed my super-advisor about the problem and advised the posting of the following partial message for the entire company staff of over 100 persons.  The Company X Management has become aware of certain unknown persons who have questioned the first amendment rights of another employee.  We desire to inform our workforce that we intend to enforce all laws pertaining to defense of the constitutional first amendment duties of all employees “Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances” (or words to that effect as recommended and dictated by the author).  The on-site assistant project manager agreed to not only post the message, but he agreed to read the Codebook for victims of racism.  After he read the book, he said he didn’t see anything in the book that posed a threat to the work environment and he had a “long talk” with the author about racism in the world and his own thinking around the topic.  I was alarmed and decided to ask the elderly white female about the problem directly as without direct questioning, I wouldn’t be able to assure accuracy.  She confirmed all, and my office mate, a white male (also a supervisor) admitted he was aware of the entire matter.  The white female said the reason she went about telling this story is because she found a copy of the United Independent Compensatory Code System Concept, textbook, workbook for victims of white supremacy on my desk and began to read it.  Under the ninth area called War, she read the contents concerning Maximum Emergency Compensatory Justice.  She said I should not be reading such materials while at the job, and she didn’t feel it necessary to be apologetic for the said event.  Incidentally, she also found the book Mein-Kampf by Adolpf Hitler on my desk, she never mentioned having a problem with the presence of that infamous book.  After gaining this admission and/or confession, I left her and began to talk with my so-called peer, a white male.  I told him after 500 years of subjugation and mistreatment on the basis of color, I believed I should have the opportunity to train and study with impunity about the system that caused this blight on America.  He agreed and was apologetic.  This was the beginning of a four year journey that required my exploration in to finding codified solutions for immediate use as defense against the treachery of racist men and racist women working at Goddard Space Flight Center.
