Linear Logic is logic that leads away from its origination to a new and irrefutable conclusion using a LINE of reasoning that can be traced in only one direction at a time, either forward or backward, never both at once. A prime example of Linear logic is 1+1=2 Viewing this LINE from left to right it is irrefutable, and Reversing this line from right to left while adjusting apropriately the symbols suggestimng a reversalalso leads to an irrefutable conclusion,i.e:2-1=1

Circular Logic is a bit trickier. It is subjective and it is based on ASSUMPTIONS.A perfect example is in the arena of religion.A "christian " will tell you that the Bible is written by God and that everyuthing in the Bible is therefore infallible and accurate. The Logic is that God is infallible and so any book written by God is also infallibel in its truthfulness, one has only to READ the BIBLE to understand this, because in THE BIBLE it says that it was written by God and that evrythiong in it is truth. The flaw is that if one does not ACCEPT that God wrote the Bible, then reading the Bible for proof of its truthfulness is futile. The Bible's Truthfulness leads back to the Bible for its veracity. This is Circular reasoning,or Circular LOGIC,using ones own postulate as Proof of that Postualtes Truth. This is not scientific,it is solopsistic and religious.
