When I made reference to "third world" I associated it with "non-white people". YOU brought the word "country" into the conversation. I don't know what YOU mean when YOU say "country".
Prisoners in a prison are just prisoners. Ain't no prison country.
Until I understand EXACTLY what is meant when a person uses a word it is correct to say "I don't know" in reference to what that person means.
