Please explain what logic you have followed.tell me like you would tell a seven year old how a so called "third world " country inhabited almost exclusively by white people(Georgia) can be an example of codified word usage of he term"third world" by White people practicing Racism.I suspect that there is NO logic to your proposition and premise and that your last response to my enquiry was not an answer but a simple reiteration of your original post.To recap,What can you say to support your premise that White people who practice Racism use the term "third world" to refer to non white people living in this country?
