How do you know that white people in the "United States" who practice white supremacy are also talking about non-white people in the "United States" when they use the term"the third world"? Isnt the term "third world" used to described technologically/politically,and economically under developed countries like those of the former Soviet Union such as Georgia,which is inhabited by White people?Israel is also considered a "third world" country.
