Er...make that "...help each other to SEE one issue from different perspectives." Also in the clause "...but it also as a hindrance to development" there should not be an "it." Typographical error...thank God I found them myself. I realize I have to be SO careful with my wording here, otherwise someone could get caught up on it, and my point will be lost.
