This is, of course, just my humble opinion, but I think it's a mistake to chase those who don't share our ideas away from the board. If every time a person expresses ideas that diverge from the norm on the board, he/she is accused of being White, this not only acts as a discouragement of free expression, but it also as a hindrance to development. Having a variety of ideas presented--even if some happen to be ideas that you don't agree with--increases the likelihood of reaching a solution. We can all consider the same issues, each of us using our individual brains, and then proceed to present our original theories and opinions. From there, we would gather the myriad of insights, and from these derive a solid resolution.
My point? Since no two people see things in the exact same way, we can all help each other to look at one issue from different perspectives. Instead of suspecting each other of having the worst of intentions, we should assume the BEST about others (that we are all working toward the same goal) UNTIL OR UNLESS THEY PROVE OTHERWISE. I think we'd all reach a lot further if we did.
Again, that's JMHO, so please don't bite my head off....
