I agree, smallz. It doesn't matter whether the racism is intentional or unintentional; the result is still the same. An individual must be held responsible for his/her actions. There comes a time when it is up to the individual to search for the Truth, by first questioning that which APPEARS to be true (i.e., societal norms, such as commonly-accepted stereotypes). It shouldn't just be "Black people's problems," simply because we happen to be on the losing end of this particular arrangement. Everyone who is living on this Earth has a responsibility to open up his/her eyes and perceive the injustice. Everyone should have a desire to right this wrong. If they do NOT do this, they are forfeiting their duties as human beings. Thus, White people can and should be held responsible even when they practice racism "inadvertently."
