My point is I don't think It'll happen. Miami Cubans that are functioning as white also happen to be white. the majority of Cubans are non-white. Also, the majority of mexicans are non-white. The difference is most Cubans are a mix of african and spanish, and most mexicans are mestizos.
Also, miami cubans aren't mistreating blacks to fit in with white america. Miami cubans mistreat black because that is what is done in Cuba. I'm not sure if you understand, but on a racial level, I can't think of any country to compare Cuba to. Again, pale-skinned Cubans are White. They function as white in Cuban society, they are recognized as white by all other groups and they identify themselves as white. it's to be expected that they do in Little Havana what they did in "Big Havana"
