Your perspective, Andrea, is also interesting, and I concur somewhat with your over/under 30 analysis. It's been my experience, as a person with phenotypically 'black' looks, that many 'latinos' over 30 tend to treat as a 'field nigga' (until I open my mouth and speak the language. Then, I'm 'OK' because I'm 'not like the others'(I assume they've decided to grant me 'house nigga' status). Those under 30, I have my opinion, but I need more observation.

*As a side note* I'm waiting to see when and if, those classified as 'Mexican' make the phase shift to white like most Miami 'Cubans'. I think when 'Mexicans' collectively begin to be as notoriously racist against blacks like 'Cubans', the phase shift will be complete. I'm trying my best not to oversimplyfy things. Divide and Conquer--if it aint broke, don't fix it.

An encouraging note, however, is that I've seen a reverse phase shift on the part of South Asian Indians/Desi Americans. That is, many of them have opened their eyes and begun to reject the 'house nigga'/buffer zone/model minority role offered them in the System of White World Supremacy. Moreover, many have even embraced their 'blackness'. It has spread to academia as well, as I was recommended a book by a South Asian brother from Singapore (black like charcoal) entitled, "The Karma of Brown Folk" by Vijay Prashad. It seems that they too, are battling social stratification based on color lines, where the lighter nonwhites operate from the hegemon. White World Supremacy is truly is, White World Supremacy. Oh well, when one door closes, another opens. But I digress. This analysis is incomplete, but ongoing. I welcome all questions/comments/suggestions. Regards, 0.6Man, where 0.6=3/5
