...that infants and small children are POWERLESS to do anything to neutralize Racism (White Supremacy) but they are not subject to it.
I do not understand how someone can practice anything and be a victim of their own practices.
I would also say that White children become White Supremacists (Racists) once they accept responsibility for their own actions, either consciously or unconsciously, and begin following the practices of their White Supremacists (Racists) parents.
Would a hostage taker that accepts responsibility for their actions still be a hostage taker if they were 8 years old?
