How about white infants, and small children? The question is interesting because it actually brings up other questions like the idea you may hear often about white people who practice racism are actually victims of their own practice. I think Mandela actually said words to that effect. If I find them I will post them here. What about young white people who grow up see and experiencing the racist practices of their parents, at what point do they become white supremacists?
