Good point. Also, it helps to understand you own faults. If your know you're argumentive, don't put yourself into situations where you know you'll lose your cool. If your prone to be distracted by the opposite sex, try not to engage in serious discussion while "under the influence". These are just the tip of the iceberg, for sure there are many many things that will pull you "off your horse". Try and stay on top as best as you can in the face of all obstacles.
