I'd like some help in analyzing the thoughts(written) and actions of Ben Carson, a non-white, and therefore a victim of racism,who is widely known and "respected" by whites and non-whites alike.This question is for those who are intersted in finding truth and in justice.
Ben Carson is a pediactric neurosurgeon at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He gained a lot of recognition for his role in the first succesful seperation of siamese twins joined at the head. He was the primary physician in this endevour.
Carson is widely touted as a "role model". He came from a situation of poverty and was raised by his mother after his father left the home. He and his brother were failing in school until their mother forced them to stop watching T.V. and to read two books a week and write book reports on them. Carson and his brother flourished under their mother's stern rules and constant encouragement. She often said things like " If anybody can do it, then you can do it better. Carson earned scholarship to Yale and went to medical scool. At age 33 he became the chief of pediactric neurosurgeery, the youngest person to hold that position.

His story is told in his autobiography, " Gifted Hands". And he has written other books - "THINK BIG " and "The Big Picture".
Carson recognises racism's existence, but credits his mother's insistence on education and doing one's best as the keys to his success. He has said things to effect that He knows that if he was not very good at his profession he wouldn't be at Hopkins,knowledge is the key to living (and for black people the way to fight racism),etc.
Carson has many speaking engagements. He speaks all around the country. He seems to be a good influence to everyone he comes in contact with. In particular, he has formed a scholarship foundation, aimed at emphasizing intellectual abilty in this country.He says that Sports and Entertainment recieve far too much attention.
I hope that someone interested in Justice will research this person and share with me a codified analysis of their behavaior.

And before you ask, I know I am white because I am about as pale as they come with red hair.
Unfortunately that does not put me any a better position to answer your questions because the Secret Society of White Supremacists have been asking me to their meetings. Aftere reading the posts on this board I feel I must be missing out on something. After all, here I am, the archetypical white person and no-one is asking me to join the conspiracy. What is going on?
