I don't know if you are talking about a group of White people or non white people, but maybe you can use this.
Get a video camera and tape a discussion of racism with a group of Black people. get them talking about all aspects of racism, Cress theory, counter racist logic, the whole nine yards.
When the discission gets really hot, have a single White person, preferably a White male, enter the room and just take a seat and listen.
At then end of the meeting compare the behavior of the group before and after the arrival of the White person.
If need be, play the tape back for them to demonstrate the power of a single silent White person in their ability to affect the behavior of a larger group of Black people.
I will tell you what will happen when the White person enters the room.
The Black people will shift their language so that the White person is not offended. In the proccess of doing this the Black people will stop being truthful about what they are saying to each other.
When I did this expirement, a Black person actually stood up and began attacking me over something I said A White person did to me. She wasn't questioning whether or not what I said actually happened, she just kept on saying, "why are you bringing this up!"
You hafta be ready for this phenomenon and plan accordingly because it happens all the time and most importantly, White people know about it too.
It used to piss me off until I understood what was happening.
It the fear, the fear of the power of White people is what causes this phenomenon.
It is a real fear and its important not to focus on it because that is what White people want you to do. This is what White Supremacy means, Black people have every reason to be afraid of them.
In my particular case, after the meeting, (it was a poetry slam) I approached the Black person and asked them why they interupted my poem.
They told me that they didn't mean to interupt it and that there was no problem with my poem. They were friendly and smiled at me...
But when I was doing the poem, she really wanted me to stop...hurry up... just do anything other than talk about White people, when there were White people in the audience.
It was the fear.
Most of the poems were about pussy or "Black love", when it was my turn, the audience froze, you could hear a pin drop...
To put in in codified form:
WHEN PEOPLE SPEAK TRUTHFULLY ABOUT RACISM, WHITE PEOPLE WILL BE OFFENDED AND BLACK PEOPLE WILL BE EMBARESSED/AFRAID.
You can actually test this peice of code on your self. When you see a discussion about racism between Black people and White people, just ask your self if it is embaressing to you, or if your White boss from work would be offended by what is being said if he was sitting right next to you.
If the answer is "NO" to either one of those questions, then you can be assured that the victims are getting very little useful information from the exchange that would be effective in repacing White Supremacy with justice.
I now look forward to the times when I "suffer a revelation", thats what that feeling in your gut is.
