Have you ever met a Black person who lived in a trailer park? I have never seen or heard of any Black people living in trailer parks. Does this have anything to do with racism? I think so and this is my theory: Trailer parks or "mobile home communities" exist for the sole purpose of giving low income white people an opportunity to live in an all white community. I could be incorrect, but I haven't been able to come up with a better explanation of this phenomenon. What do you think? Josh
